Aiii that's cool bro it isn't my main focus but I do love the games very much on Xbox I've beaten 0-6 yakuza gaiden and currently on 7 but on Playstation I've beaten kiwami last month and now I'm playing 0 and I used to play the north of the star game in 2021 it's been in my life for a while since Xbox put it on game pass in June or july of 2020

Dragon style is a good style, but they did NOT have to nerf rush, brawler, and beast the way they did.

Removed ALL of the drunken abilities in brawler style (Well, they have one ability that makes you immune to stun and paralysis, but that is genuinely not worth the trouble of being drunk.) heat DRAINS now instead of gains in the cyclone swing for beast, (This one I can understand, because infinite heat from this move was BROKEN in 0.) No charge fist finishers in rush (I still don't get this change.) No stout ability (The ability to sacrifice your heat to restore all of your health) in beast. And the double finisher in brawler no longer gains you as much heat in Kiwami 1 as it did in 0. All of these changes can vary in usefulness, but they were undoubtedly SUPER fun to have in 0. As much as I love (and hate) Kiwami 1 for its combat, some of these abilities and gameplay changes weren't really necessary. Sorry for writing an entire novel.

@@biluko I say again. It's not a bad style, but I'd rather have all the tools and abilities from the previous games, without them, I just feel weaker. But, that's just my opinion.

I’m starting to appreciate the ichiban Kasuga gameplay styles in the “like a dragon” games because now it seems like you can practically play the turn-based modes in anyway you want. I like the real time fighting of the yakuza series but once you truly mastered the mechanics, you will always either cheese out the game or go for the most damaging combo every time and rinse and repeat

That's true and I think switching to rpg type style was a good fresh of air for the series now there's so many new ways to tackle and go about things and situations
