Small bones like fish bones are okay, but we would not advise putting big bones like ox bones or chicken bones since it can damage stirring rods. Hope this was helpful

Microorganisms can be used as semi-permanents, so there is no need to purchase additionally as long as they are well cultivated. You don't need to refill it or replace it. Thank you

If you have any travel plan, please follow the instructions depends on your traveling period. (If you’re not home for less than a week) 1. You can leave the power cord as it is without unplugging it. 2. However, on the day you leave, you just need to add enough water to wet the microorganisms evenly. (If you’re not home for more than a week) 1. Do not put food waste into Reencle 2~3 days before you leave. 2. Click the dry button for 2~3 days to dry the microorganisms because it can cause mold if the microorganisms are humid or food waste remains. 3. Please unplug the power cord on the day you leave. 4. After returning to home, plug in the power cord, click the power button, and use it 6 hours after adding 500ml of water to activate the microorganism. Thank you!
