I am sorry for your have been disappointed. Sure it wasn't God the one who disappointed you that you are no longer a Christian. Try God with all your heart once more to see if He answers your needs.

i know people in the church can sometimes hurt us and shaking our faith - often those people aren't really Christian - but regardless even true Christians make mistakes and are not perfect. I have known that hurt. It's also easy to feel God has let us down, very often because of the televangelists and prosperity preachers telling people we're going going to have a perfect life here, and die peacefully in our sleep, wealthy, and at an old age. None of that is promised, in scripture, (millions and millions have died for the faith). but Heaven is... don't throw it away.. come to Jesus, an eternity in hell regretting your decision will be the worst part about it. That you chose it. Chose to be separated from God and good people, and paradise for eternal torment and pain. Please don't do that. Follow an old time preacher like Charles Spurgeon if you can't find a modern day one. It will change your life. Read his book "all of Grace" =) The fact you are here, and can still love a song, that the world hates, because the world hate Jesus, shows there is a yearning inside you. He's calling you to come home. Come home son/daughter.

You never were a Christian. If you were, you still would be. Science verifies the Bible. Genetics, archaeology, astronomy, history all verify the Bible. A shallow, empty, feel good faith isn't real. The Bible is undeniably true, which is why everyone who has seriously tried to disprove it on scientific grounds over the centuries has become a believer. You bought into the pseudo-scientific beliefs of Charles Darwin or the false teachings of another religious leader. Turn to God and repent. The Euphrates is already drying up. If you were a Christian, you know what that means.
