Chris is an amazing guy. I used to live 4 houses away from him. Close enough that when I needed my motorcycle fixed I pushed it over to his place and he met me out front to take it in. Chris is a super low key, humble and cool person. I got to know him well enough that he invited me and my buddies to be part of the Team KTM pit crew in Mexico. I pitted for Chris' Factory KTM team for several years at the Baja 250 (San Felipe), 500 and the 1000. Between the first and second year of knowing Chris is when he was pre-running for Vegas to Reno, hit a hidden rock in deep silt and crashed, leaving him paralyzed. We were all devastated. We fretted over his health, well being, and loss of career. We were wrong to worry. Chris, in his typical fashion, kept a super attitude and just kept moving ahead. His wife's support was phenomenal (she's an accomplished quad racer herself). Factory KTM was cool too, and made the decision then that Chris was to remain an integral part of their Baja team. Chris became the Baja team leader. He planned, recruited and managed all the pit crews. Traveling deep into Mexico by road is always interesting and I can only imagine how it was for Chris now. But every year there he'd be at the meet up in Ensenada, cruising around in his chair talking to everyone, making sure all knew their roles and had the equipment necessary. Which is insanely intricate since there are half a dozen to around 20 different crews depending on the length of the event. We were volunteers using our own tools, which necessitates finding people who, on their own dime, will gather their supplies, travel to Mexico, show up at the correct place on time and then do their job and go home. No fanfare, no glory, no money. Why did we do it? We did it for Chris. Because he asked. That's the kind of guy he is. Even when it was super inconvenient or conflicted with other things in our schedule we'd go. Because Chris Blais. So, that's who the man is from my perspective. What's Chris up to these days? Winning friggin' races - AS THE DRIVER! He's gone from two wheels to four but it hasn't slowed him down: kzbin.info/www/bejne/ooWbXmaZl9-lnpY - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Blais

First i want to say you did it right and everyone new should watch and learn how not to get ran over (Y) You slipped 1 time and i think i know why ? i have been there ? 1 minute and 27 seconds went by without you looking back was it because you got tired or was it the motivation and rush / high we get when we can see dust or smell that race fuel of a racer that we are getting closer to ? or both ? You did a great job of getting out of the way i wish the racer at RM 258 rode like you he is lucky to still be with us still but has a long road ahead . THANK YOU FOR RACING AND THIS VIDEO .

Where did you get the seal? Nissan will only sell us the whole thing, $500!
@teacherpreacher31457 жыл бұрын
Fred Del Pero The seal is sold separately, or you can get one @ autozone or advance auto, Dont allow the dealer to fool you, ask for the manager next time. I have done research in Forums where it is said that if your useing synthetic, switch back to reg oil for proper sealing then next oil change go bck to syn. also, the oring from felpro is not perfect oem, so most recmmend the oring from the dealer. Size in mm counts.
