Really great mod! Working just fine on new PCSX2 version. AI did a great job in most textures. Would be nice to see some designers putting their hands manualy on the textures, but it's alot of work. This mod already is insane! Thanks!

One of the details I love about this mod is how some of the adds were replaced, like the Netflix add in New York or the Suicide Squad movie.

2001 game!

Followed this guide and other on GTPlanet and still not seeing much difference. Yeah it is sharper but lot of details (car stickers with company names/logos) are still blurry.

doesnt work on newer versions of the pcsx2. it doesnt create the texture folder, and even if i create it myself and put the replacements inside it, and put it as the directory for texture replacement, nothing changes. im sad, please someone, is there a fix? this is my childhood in one game.

Yeah, can't get this to work AT ALL, the interface for PCSX2 is COMPLETELY different now, more closely resembling DuckStation. Anybody know how to get this mod working with the latest nightly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot get this to extract/work on my iMac(M3) at all. Constantly asks for password or using another extracting program just fails after a while. Am I doing something wrong??

TBH at 1080p even without the mods gt4 looked better

Would love to get back into GT5. Was always my favorite. From the fun and simple shuffle races to the diehard time tournaments..but more than anything, just chilling with friends on the Indy straight getting our Drag tunes just right. Good times.

I hope that one day we are able to transform this game into Gran Turismo 2000, with as many cars if not more than Gran Turismo 4, custom events, more harkens back to GT2 with used cars, racing modifications, etc. GT3 deserves so much love for its champion effort of a game.

I remember I got really mad with that 2nd place, because I almost gave my soul to win all the races of the event lol. Before this race, we were battling at Monaco with a Lotus I guess, and in that race I lost 12 seconds because of your lag XD, but after I overtook you, I finally overtook everyone in the final lap (I really should have recorded this). So that defeat in Opera Paris made me feel like I struggled so much for nothing lol.

These settings are awesome, couldn't believe my eyes when i got into a race and was still near 60 fps!

I'm using the latest version of pcsx2 (1.7) and I don't see many of the options in the game settings menu.

Damn, too bad my i7 4770K cant run this game at over 20 FPS 😂 So many childhood memories from 4, 5 and 6. Guess ill have to stick to PCSX2 for awhile

just got the mod,looks f amazing, just 1 problems, in some maps like in the infinion raceway in the supercar festival the sky seems to bug out with a giand line, any posssible fix?

this deffz needs a updated video tbh. the whole menu of pcsx2 changed.
