Hello! The Hermitlux dishwasher does not come with a salt container, so you do not need to add salt to the dishwasher. And we recommend purchasing a 3-in-1 dishwasher cleaner that contains both cleaning and descaling. At the same time, we recommend using a pill-type detergent since liquid detergents produce a lot of foam, which can remain on the dishes. If you don't use 3 in 1 detergent, how to remove limescale from the dishwasher? Follow these steps: 1. Take 10 g of citric acid and 100 g of edible vinegar. 2. Mix 10 g of citric acid and 100 g of edible vinegar. 3. Add the citric acid and food-grade vinegar mixture to the dishwasher. 4. Press the ECO program. Note: Do not add citric acid and edible vinegar inside the water tank.

Hello people whoa re here for the E3 Error !! Please reference the E7 Error Video! Check the water Pump and see if it's securely on and clean the inside of it. Mine wasn't fully latched so the water was leaking right out of it onto the bottom of the Dishwasher. So that is the water you'll have to tip and empty but if the Pump isn't secure that will keep happening You're welcome if you understand it <3

Hi! In tap mode, please connect the tap to the water inlet hose and activate the tap. The dishwasher will automatically wash and operate according to the selected program. Please note that tap mode does not automatically fill the tank.

However, it is advisable not to place the drain hose higher than the bottom of the dishwasher, as this may negatively impact its drainage efficiency and potentially cause damage to the appliance.

I found a solution! No more error E3, first use the steps in the video, these steps were fine to remove the error, but it kept re-appearing. Turns out the culprit was the soap powder. Don't pour it in the intended recipient in the door, because the wet powder may cristallyze and clog the draining system. Spread the powder along all the door's length to prevent big chunks of crystal powder to form. Voilà!

Good video but bear in mind there is also a little hole spraying downward under the sprayer that also needs unclogging. Lucky I spotted it as I was disappointed at first that this didn’t work and the video doesn’t show that hole. Anyway so glad it’s fixed!

If you don't want to leave the drying mode on continuously, you can switch the dishwasher off by long-pressing the ON/OFF switch and the drying mode will switch off as well.

Except for the fruit mode, the dishwasher's four remaining wash modes automatically dry after washing. It will be drying for 60 min, and storage modes will last for 73 hours. The temperature of the drying mode is about 60°C.
