The cut and drilled part of the can will get rusted the next day. This is a one time use tool unless you don't mind eating so rust.

Good ideas for people living with limited resources, but one must have some SKILLS and instruments. Maybe you could show alternative method with a large nail/hammer, instead of a drill (not everyone has electricity in every place). If one does not have a hot glue instrument, or a hot pointer (whatever it is named), it is a problem). Again, when people have those instruments, usually, they can buy the paper slicer cheaper somewhere. But when they don't have money to buy it, they will not have instruments either, so maybe you could show the alternative way to make something similar without electric tools. Thank you.
