Private nature preserve it states in listing. And you really are buying into the life style on top of the homes there. Unlimited hobbies and sports clubs. Pretty well built homes too. Great place to invest honestly.

I’ve been selling Real Estate for over 20 years, and I’ll never understand how a company can advertise a home and not put a price. I get it, you want people to call but, if you don’t have a price they don’t know if it’s in the price range they are looking at. I see way to many of these, very poor marketing. In fact some I would probably be interested in but wouldn’t call because of the initial way they are trying to promote a home without giving the most important aspect. This agent is really not helping his seller clients in promoting the property in this manner. You want to reach as many potential buyers as possible when listing a home, this is not they way to get people to call you. Please, agents who are reading this, please put a list price on a home that you are advertising.

Rick if you’ve been in real estate so long, then you know these videos are typically attached to a listing page somewhere on the internet as a complete listing with photos, address, and even price. A quick google search of address would tell anyone what they wanted to know. But thanks for that large piece of your mind on a video tour.. have a blessed day buddy

One of my family members lives here. It is a well-maintained and beautiful development. How its a bit secluded off US 441, but it's about 15 minutes from the Villages and plenty of shopping, malls, restaurants and entertainment.
