I think I'm about to be diagnosed with it, I have the back & horrible groin pain, along with my first ever bout with plantar fasciitis, recent red eye & swollen knuckles.

I have AS too. Think about all the poor women that never got to a diagnosis because it’s a “man’s disease.” SMH…

Every time I go in there I stop a. Look at the fake nails to I'm not a person that goes and get my nails done at the shop so every now and then I will glue me on some Nails especially holiday time I find myself buy a pack every other time I go there..

Awesome on your weight loss. You are taking great steps to get to where you want to be. I felt so much better after losing 20 lbs. Working out can be hard at first. I started out walking and doing stretches. Swimming would be great for you. They say hard workouts are not as good as they thought.

I got the glue sticks even though I figure they won't last long. I like the bag with the heart flowers. Would be so cute in a frame. I am doing more diys so always looking at DT for things I can redo. tfs

I just got the chopper. I loved the coffee candles last year. I haven't tried these. Most of our variety of candles smell old, so only got the mason jar strawberry one.

I like the beach signs. A friend sent me a few of those. Our store is not good on getting the signs I like. I have a beach theme in my craft room. The hanging shelf is cute. I love that movie with Jennifer A. It's one of my faves.

I would do what you think is best for you. Probably told you part of this already. I did Paleo since I have hypothyroid. No gluten too. The first time I did it, I felt great and started losing weight. Then I stopped losing. Had to take care of two of my grandkids and got off it. When I started back, I had to get strict. Getting off soda and sugar is what helped me lose weight. Also drinking lots of water. I still haven't gotten all my energy back. I enjoy my meal plan, because I can eat all the veggies I want. It helps doing meal prep and having food ready. Thankfully, I do pretty good around other foods, since my hub is underweight and I fix him higher carbs. Paleo also helps with swelling and inflammation. It's basically meat, fruits and veggies. As of today, I am down 66 lbs. and I lost it in 6 months.
