For this stage in particular, I advise bringing an operator who can Silence enemies, which deactivates enemy abilities for a short duration. Lappland, a guard operator in the same subclass as Midnight (extended range, can hit ranged enemies, etc.), is the best unit for this role. This would let you handle the exploding slugs a lot easier and let you focus on the drones. Cantabile is an Agent Vanguard, so for the duration of her skill activation, she gains 1 DP for every hit on an enemy. Instead of facing her to the left where Mudrock is, you could've placed her above Mudrock, letting her get some hits on the slugs to maximize your DP generation. When her skill ends, simply retreat her to take advantage of her reduced redeployment time and gain some extra DP. Alternatively, if you have Myrtle, just bring her. She's one of the best operators in the game, no joke. Placing a medic to heal Mudrock was an unfortunate mistake. Mudrock cannot be healed by medics because she's an Enmity Defender (she has self-sustain through her abilities). Instead, you could've placed the medic in a position that would heal Kroos, who would then eliminate the drones, or on another unit to keep them alive. Placing Midnight upwards would've given you some extra damage on the drones coming from the left. I would also bring an extra healer to this stage to keep everyone alive. Popukar is a good choice to handle the wave of slugs. Fiammetta was actually a decent choice for an support unit, provided you can keep her alive or find a support unit on her second skill (the one that shoots a wave of fire ahead of her). I would place her upwards and use her skill during large enemy waves. If I were to choose a support unit to use here, it would be Mountain. Place him at the front of the chokepoint, bring healers and snipers, and let Mountain handle the fodder while the aerial units get the rest.

hello there fellow doctor you might want to lead lane like in the first level with operators that deal area damage like the small bean that is popukar. your team is already quite good, the second advice i can give is try to bait the spiders with the summon of dark knight, that might help As for my last advice it's just don't give up you will beat those level and grow even stronger. ayyy youtube algo brought me to here hello fellow doctor from this video, there is 2 main point i want to mention and i hope this can help you. first, you can try to lean about deployment order. because enemy always aim for the last deployed operator (the only exception is when enemy have certain condition like target the most hp, the most attack, etc you can always check in enemy description). and better start from now because i can say deployment order is such a big thing in the game, especially in later content second, (for me atleast, diffrent player diffrent playstyle) you already doing great with how you build your squad. investing into low rarity unit is a good move because they are cheap. now it is time for you to grind and build your higher rarity unit. you can always check for level recomendation in stage description to give you somekind like a benchmark. no need to feel pressure because at the end of the day, AK is PvE game so you play with your own pace. sooner or later you will learn (in some case you must learn) all you need to know. this game can be overwhelming as time goes so try to stay calm. best of luck for you 🍻
