I created a custom sign using my cricut machine, but you can purchase vinyl stickers off of Amazon. 💕

Do you use the rubber band to attach the balloons together or is it for the hanging process?

I tie the neck of the balloons together to form a garland. I use rubber bands to add my filler balloons(5in) into the garland. I hope that helps. 💕💕💕
