Love the "whats in the freezer list". It's always so hard to remember what is in there especially when I am on a mission to use stuff up. :-)

I agree. I used to always find random stuff in my freezer that was pretty old. This has helped a great deal. :)

Is there any way to make it rise a bit more? Mine did not rise much and was still moist inside. Is that normal?

Oh my goodness. I am so sorry for such a delayed response to this! This bread doesn't rise quite as much normal sourdough, but you could add 1/4-1/2 a teaspoon more of yeast and see if that helps. If it's still moist inside it's possible you cut into it too soon, or it may have needed some extra time baking. I hope these help!
