My Dad, Raymond C Van den Heuvel, designed (or re-designed) much of the video electronics back in 1983 for this thing. He then helped Fred Olte manufacture 400,000 units first in Andorra and then in Tiawan/Hong Kong.

Thanks! I am looking for a similar size monitor to use with Chromagnon ( when will arrive :) ). Do you do digital conversion before going into the monitor or you go straight analogue? If analogue, is good the digital conversion built into the monitor? Thanks :)

Thanks for the video! I skimmed through it earlier at work but finally watched through it fully. Good to know about the switching jacks wearing out. I may just replace those jacks.
