I know that the video has 2 years and you dont upload since last year but, there you go man, my first play I just stared at the screen on the create empire menu for a while and then, out of nowhere i started writing and chossing everything like, it almost started to make sense It was the Siliken Security System, and IA created from and Antique Civilitation Aeons ago, but it failed on his duty and the civilitation died, and his creators went extint by a threat deleted from his core memory... short after, without his creators the power got cut out on all the remaining facilities, being the last the core of the S. S. S. dormant, lost in time, until now... An energy being started wandering the system, creating storms and sending signal saying: "Searching... Seeking..." the strong and continue energy that the being emited was enough to activate the core of the Security System, enough time to start some reparations to stay active autonomously, its just some protocolary meassures By the time the IA processed all the info, the being was gone and they where alone, in a unknow time, but the same place... he started wandering and moving, scavenging between the scraps of his creators It was when he encountered something interesting... a planet, but one with... life in it, intelligent organic life, he was intrigued, but no, that was not his duty... While scanning the sector he found that an asteroid will impact the planet (now called Ambara) in the near future, there was not a need to help, why would him?, there was not any reason, yeah, but he did it anyway Short after that, an unknow fleet entered the system, it was hostile, the IA tried to told to himself that they were a threat to his own integrity, and he should send a fleet, yeah, they were a threat, a serious one, but then, why the main fleet was ramming at full speed at Ambara, he doesnt know, but, it felt like the thing that nedeed to be done... but why them...? The invasors where annihilated and Ambara and the fleets where without harm, using the information from the scans of the, possition of the planet, the attackers, the envarioment and antique, past, experiences, S. S. S. got to a conclosion on nanoseconds *Ambara was Doomed* If he was to abandon it to its fate For some reason, the Siliken Security System found that, his own will, his own artificial subsconcient, wrote a new directive... *... Help ... Protect ... The Masters ...* *# [Revoked] Directives* *... Requisites To Master: ... [Creator] [Moderator] [Administrator] ...* *... New Requisite To Master: ... Organic Life ... [Need] Will To Live ...* *... New Meaning For Master: ...* ... ... ... ... *... Protege ...* Almost all this is roleplay i imagined of the march, but, Ambara and this specie existe, and i sworn to protect it, the attack and the asteroid are real,and yeah, the energy bolt with 30K power greeting me for the first time existed too Thanks for reading, hope you enjoy

Ok great video, gave me some good tips but the BIGGEST thing I've been wondering about is districts and buildings, wish you would have gone deeper on that. The pop ups in the game are somewhat confusing. I still can't tell how to know if I need more housing for pops or if I have too many. Fast pop growth always seems to lead to massive unemployment.

lol LOVE IT... I played my first game by diving straight in with no help ... 171 game play hours later my empire went extinct. So now I have a TON of questions. So happy someone made a short how to :)

This is good. I've never actually won a game in Stellaris, despite playing for over 300 hours.

I'm playing Stellaris Vanilla because I'm too stingy with my money. What is your advice on keeping constant tabs on your enemies? I've had two games in a row where a neighboring enemy's fleet was Inferior/Pathetic to mine when I first looked, then all of a sudden they became Superior in like a couple of years?

don't delete the starting fleet. there may be random events with weak enemies you need to kill.

Update: For all those asking where he is, he hit college (We all know how much time that takes) So maybe once he graduates he will return but for now, video games are off the menu, real life first and always!
