You’re on to something, if adaptable to most racks and less expensive. There are squat racks that have smith machines and cables for half. Curious if you’d benefit from competing with their cost
@kidbrown2010Ай бұрын
Oh boy, you weren't kidding. 2K not only are you getting a rack/cable/rack, but one of decent quality too, like the Force USA G3. Even the VTS which is going to have compatibility for future hack squat attachments, etc, is like a thousand something. Great attachment, very uncompetitive price.
@danj80515 күн бұрын
But this attachment instantly gives you the ability to bench 5 plates like the guy in the video, right? That's what the $2k is REALLY for.

Why is it $2,000? I just need the smith machine conversion kit not the entire rack…

Good bench to do seal rows but shame you haven't got a cambered barbell, so you can get even more range of motion

Can you do back squats with this? I have a shoulder issue that prevent me from getting my left hand behind my body to hold the bar.
@TODOMATIO7 ай бұрын
Wow that's so heavy, and bulky. how hard would it be to simply create a back cross cross harness and then add 2 hooks in front. We don't mind it resting on the clavicle.

Love the equipment. Wish you guys would open a factory outlet around Brisbane/Gold Coast so I wouldn't have to get hit with shipping cost. For now, Sumo Strength is my go to but would love to get some Iron edge equipment one day.

@mertonhirsch47349 ай бұрын
I actually put the bar on the very top pegs right under my chin most of the time. My only issues are that you do have to hold the pegs together or it can slide apart on your shoulders, and that if you want to wear a belt, the harness is just short enough that it pinches my abdomen between it and the belt.

Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. kzbin.infoUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.
