I think that's one thing these pods get wrong, most trying to get it done in a quick time, 30 mins , an hour max. I'd say 90 percent of people listen to them throughout working , the longer the better!

Hiya Mark...well first of all I love the fact you have gone for some nice value picks, let me give you some quick thoughts from my point of view. The Yellow Clay - yes absolutely. I think despite having plenty of speed, he also has a ton of stamina too. Lovely price you have on him too. Ballyburn for the Browns - Well unfortunately I took a chance on him for this race too so I wish he was going to go down this route. Willie now however seems adament that he is going to be his Arkle horse. So unfortunately for both you and I Mark, it looks like we've got the wrong race here. Things can change though. Found A Fifty is a great shout for the Ryanair. He is a horse that has impressed me the more he runs and I would love to see him line up here. Definitely a docket worth holding on to. Down Memory Lane is a horse that has come on the scene and suddenly looks like he could be a contender. You could well have found the dark horse for the race with this one MArk, great shrewd shout I'd say Quebecois is one I don't fancy, but I may well be wrong. Although I'm not a fan of his though, he could well line up so trust yourself with this one buddy. Sermandzarak is such a goregeous horse! Whether he turns out good enough for a Supreme is the question I guess, However he has definitely put his hat into the mix at this point and looks like he will just get better and better! I'd say similar to Down Memory Lane, you have found a real dark horse here that could well be in the picture come March Quillixios. Well, he beat my beloved Marine Nationale didn't he. Another who is fully deserved of his place and I would love a piece of the 33/1! To highlight your picks Mark I think you are a proper shrewd punter and have a great chance with these at some very nice prices!!!
