I did. That's what this video is; a recording of me beating the world record. Um...well, back in 2020, that is. As of today, some players beat the record and I think I'm either 4th or 6th place, now. 😅. Thank you for watching!

on hard difficulty do i have to beat the entire game first before being able to use model O?

Yeah. For each playthrough, you have to beat Omega and retrieve a special stone. But when you return to the Hunter base, the stone won't get finished with analyzing until you beat the game.

@@ModelDx For someone who's known as the God of Destruction, he really doesn't use his most destructive attacks. I mean, we can use Earth Crush, C-Flasher and Rekkoha as Model O so why don't Omega use them? EDIT: I forgot Omega actually use C-Flasher. Apparently Omega also use a variation of Rekkoha which are the pillars of lights he summons around him.

I honestly wish when with model ox you could do exactly everything omega could do, like his double jump and having the rangeki like just his full kit should genuinely be available instead of most of if being locked to overdrive mode

I'd say things being locked in Overdrive is more accurate. You literally fight Omega while he's in constant Overdrive.

My best record on defeating Omega was 1 minute and 12 seconds, i don't know if this record is good or bad, i feel that i could do better, what do you think?

I say your best is good enough. Was the fight intense? To me, that always makes for a good fight. There's always room for improvement, but that just comes naturally as you get better. :) Heck, it used to take me a couple minutes while using Model X just to beat him 😅

Say as someone who plays the Zero games on a gba emulator. Is OX basically like playing Zero with most of his ex skills with additional skills from the X series?

Somewhat. That rising flame slash is definitely from X4 now that you mention it. He's also got that ground pound. And I guess that makes sense considering Omega IS Zero's original body.
