I've been trying to find out to no success if the pitch controls on this do timestretch - changing the BPM but keeping pitch the same like on the old Technics CD 1200 thing.

I’m 43, I have a collection of EDM CDs and various mixes from late 90s and early 2000s ; that are not all available via streaming… SO here I am looking online for something in 2024 that plays CDs . It’s interesting how little options are still out there 😢

This isn't a DJ Controller.... it is a player - so it plays from CD, USB and SD and will also work with Bluetooth.

I believe you can only connect to one device at a time - but when you close the app another device can connect easily to the laser via the app

My 1950s stopped working. They won’t connect and one of them got a crazy frequency on it the other frequency matches but no connection. After about three weeks using only weekends, how do I solve this?

Hi hope your well...can you put this light in real conditions as of today's laws with smoke....ie no smoke and with maybe a couple of pars so I can see if it has enough light to work on a mobile setup? Thanks

Thanks for the comment, unfortunately we only do one video on a product, we are only a small team and are trying to do many different products but time is very limited. Most of our customers do use haze or smoke at venues that allow them. Obviously without it you wouldn't see the beams - just the end effect of gobos on the wall or floor etc.

@@heatexchangeskittles I understand.. if you visit the product page there is a also a video from the manufacturer which is much better than we can achieve. Yeah Mike has been doing videos for such a long time and they are great so give him a shout - they are a great team, but i'm not sure he does bespoke video requests. if you are local we do have this product on demo. have a great weekend 🙂

This is more for basic features or beginners - it doesn't have the ability to scratch.

I wouldn't consider it scratching a CD because you can't do that with a laser. You can only spin the CD in a way that you would scratch a vinyl record & create the same effect. A CDJ saves you the money that you'd spend having to replace a scratched vinyl record, which is why I prefer this device over turntables.

Thanks for the feedback, we have just started doing videos so this is one of our first and we hope to get better. The effect is hard as we only have a small showroom and its full of gear so no clear floor - but on our website there is a manufacturer video that shows the exact view you need I think.
