He kind of wins by process of elimination. Sukuna is just a force of nature, Kenjaku is not really fully explored. Toji is somewhere in the middle but lacks the oomph, he is saved by having good scenes. The only one who i think is close to Geto is Mahito but that has less to do with complexity and more to do with what he represents and that he is entertaining in general. Geto is half what makes Gojo interesting from a symbolic point of view. The only gripe i have with Geto is no domain, then again i have that gripe with any special grade or higher who never uses it.
