I feel bad for whoever’s job it was to rotoscope his collar out of every single frame of this scene 😂. Lol I’m sure they have much better tools to deal with it but still. What a disaster of filmmaking. Sheesh. Don’t even get me started on the awful deepfake, AI looking climax with the diarrhea of visuals. Yuck. This movie could’ve been cool if they just embraced the dceu, instead of shoehorning in Keaton (and disrespecting Reeves with that abomination of a scene) and made it an actual ending for it. Reboot the timeline in a cool way instead of making it a joke at the end. Ya know like how it was actually done in the story they are loosely adapting , Flashpoint!…. I’m sure there was a good movie somewhere in there before the usual studio interference in editing and cutting. If I were writing it I would’ve gone with the obvious and nixed Keatons Batman for the Batflecks dad! It would’ve been awesome seeing Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Thomas Wayne, the Batman. And I did like Kara, they could’ve kept her in as a stand in for Henry’s Supes (Since they didn’t want to pay him), I would’ve just changed her story up a bit. Also, cut evil nightmare Barry for Thawn as reverse flash and have him be the actual villain at the end. But nah.

This makes the scene so much better. I once saw a restore of the original Avengers, when Thor fights and argues with Loki during the attack on NYC, and it had a track from Man of Steel, and damn it made it hit so much harder. Zimmer is great. He makes simple sound extraordinary.

Doctor Manhattan proved in Doomsday Clock. Every Universe NEEDS a Superman that lands on Earth, adopted by the Kents, defeats Zod, joins the JL etc.

This film looks so ass wtf. Cgi looks horrible even today and why is it so dark? I feel like im crazy am I the only one seeing this? And whats going on with the sound mixing? In the middle of the action theres comedic jokes and the epic music keeps ramping up its so out of place. This entire film is just a mess.

As someone who loved like 95% of the movie, I will say Benjamin Wallfisch disappointed me with the soundtrack. I expected more from a previous Zimmer collaborator.

Doesn't fix the garbage visuals nor the movie (obviously) but this is a million times better than having a damn pop song. Why didn't they just go with an OST? The actual music they went for on this scene was a ridiculous choice. It was so bad I can't believe no one stopped that from being the final cut.

It must save money recycling the same scripts, mashing them up, and not worrying about anything but fight scenes and special effects. Coherence, story, all the rest of it just turns out not to be necessary as long as producing crap doesn't bother you.

This movie is dull, a complete disaster from start to finish, without a purpose, a real insult to the character no matter how you look at it, if you thought that the Flashpoint adaptation of the CW series The Flash was terrible, you haven't yet. They saw this piece of manure starring Ezra Miller and unfortunately by Michael Keaton, Sasha Calle among other actors who had to participate in this insignificant excuse for a movie...

I thought this was pretty decent for DC. Not sure how it did in the theaters, but I thought it was cooler than the justice league and all their problems.
