This hair color has TDS chemical.I had a bad allergic reaction with this chemical in another hair dye.please do a a patch test before using this hair color. TDS is a hair dye ingredient that is sometimes used as an alternative to para-phenylenediamine (PPD). TDS has been shown in Dr. A. Scheman's study to be tolerated by 57% of patients that were allergic to PPD. TDS stands for toluene-2,5-diamine sulfate, which is a hair dye ingredient that can cause allergic reactions. It's a safer alternative to para-phenylenediamine (PPD), which is another common hair dye ingredient that can cause allergic reactions. About half of people who are allergic to PPD may also be allergic to TDS.
