So that help is supposed to be temporary not for 16 years and this needs to change and it’s part of why there’s so little affordable housing . No one is recycling out but staying on it and in those homes for years on end. There needs to be a cap and limited number of years someone can be on this type of assistance. It’s used for a leg up not a permanent crutch.
