Thank you! I’d love to see advice on how to check if a saddle is properly fitted. I’m also very interested in learning about all the basics, such as feeding, bedding types, comparisons of different bridles, and the uses of various bits. I’m currently studying for my BHS Stage One and would really appreciate explanations about the pros and cons of different tack and equipment-it would be incredibly helpful for my learning journey!

You say that you don’t want the horse to invert their neck because it creates a hollow back. But doesn’t that come from a weak back in the first place? Can you please elaborate.
@KingAndrewsRiderTraining3 ай бұрын
Of course!thankyou for your reasonable and rational approach to asking questions ! My horses are not weak and sometimes they react in fear in a dangerous way and so I use it for this situation only not daily training unless they have severe physical or mental problems that I need to help them through safely 😊

Hey guys, do you have any tips on connecting/ building a better relationship with your horse? I have a welsh cob x riding pony chestnut mare, whom I find very challenging. I find she always seems angry/sour. Been scoped for ulcers and had a saddle fit, so I think it may just be her temperament but I just can’t seem to get us to click. I’ve owned her for 6 months now. Thanks!
