Just got mine a few days ago and my control module doesn’t turn on. The 4 blue lights come on and turn off shortly after. It has been charged. Also tried inserting the sd card and wouldn’t slide in. Tried to email these guys numerous times and no reply. Tried calling the number and all I got was an answering machine. To tell you the truth so far I am not impressed as well their customer service sucks so badly I wouldn’t recommend this drone to anyone until I get some sort of reply. Absolutely terrible so far. I will easily retract my comment if these people for the Falcon would fix this issue.

I just got mine(GD98) as well yesterday, I can turn on both control module and the drone, but the video and photo quality are suck....video resulotion is 1280x720, not the 4k they mention, and I can't find any button to adjust the resolution, and not able to zooming, both funtions can't find a button on the control module, I've text the shop that sold me this drone, I hope they will solve my issue, otherwise, I will consider it is a scam product, conclusion: anyone who like to buy a drone, pay more for a DJI, they may a bit more expensive, but they worth the money
