Is there any progress on being able to control the settings of the speakers remotely? It is very difficult for me to get behind my console so having remote control of the settings would be essential.

I am just installing my first antelope interface this weekend and this was really helpful! Great job in explaining what everything does and how to properly configure the interface. Is there a video explaining how to use and configure the Galaxy 64 touchscreen?

As a newbie to Antelope this series isn't helpful at all. There is no downtime where he shows his routing or how to configure anything he's doing. I would slow things way way down and simplify things. Watch how Avid and Universal Audio showcase their pro users. It is all about simplicity even in complex setups so the average Joe can attain what they are watching.

This is not a tutorial and the routing and configuration are really well explained 🤷♂ It's a very interesting and inspiring setup without boring step by step explanations! Finally something different.

@@JoelMorganMusic Coming from using Avid and Universal Audio products they use all uploaded videos on their KZbin channel to teach users how to use their interfaces/plugins with step by step instruction. It only helps them grow because then users can learn how to use everything properly. This video series begins to show connections but when it comes to the control panel and AFX plugins....the angle of the camera and blurred camera views aren't easy to see what the heck is being adjusted on the screen and why. It is a good start but needs more simplified screen recording and explanations as the video progresses.

@@TacomaEscape it is plenty of tutorials about the Antelope products out there! We don't need only tutorials! In any case the routing is written clearly in the video and it's easy to understand it. I haven't seen any Universal audio video with creative setups like this or beautiful outdoor performances.

I've worked in a Broadcast TV channel since 1993 I installed this interface. Today, 01/2025, it is still in my equipment staff for use for anything special. Thanks a lot!

Hi! Thanks for your interest. I'm actually not an actor, but a music producer and live performer. In this series of videos I'm showing different setups and possibilities with the Orion Studio and my instruments, and how I set up the connections and routing to record different live performances. In this videos I record all the synths and instruments live and then there is of course mix and mastering post production. @@lonnit9nnit Not at all. This is the process for these video series: 1) I compose the track. 2) I play it recording the audio and video. 3) I mix and master the audio. 4) I mount the video with the different cameras shootings. 5) Finish. There is no acting.

Good products, my problem with them is in the software. (fx2daw), sometimes when I close the session and open the cubase program again, I find that the plugins I put have failed to load, and the place of the plugins appears blank. I am really thinking of giving up the discrete 4 sound card from this company, unfortunately

It would be a great gesture of courtesy and recognition to their customers, if they would update the plug-ins via afx2daw, and that they could work just like the native ones. Since Afx2daw was never the solution for correct operation; I have all the Antelope plug-ins that existed until 2022/2023 and I could not use them, since they only gave me problems. It is not only my situation, but that of hundreds of users who trusted Antelope, but in forums they say that they will not do it a second time.

i am sitting in front of my 800€ mackie monitors and even with eyes closed, the difference is so subtle it could just be a slight EQ shift.. dunno for sure

The mic mod has way way more mic models in its locker and the at 2020 is on the starter list so u will have the modeling of ur specific mic to change it correctly to the more expensive mics in the locker.. they do have a generic setting but who the hell wants to guess its trying to turn a hundred dollar mic into a 3500 dollar mic duh

Great vid! About the Antelope Audio, though. They look great on paper and sound great when they work. The thing is, they only work on old Macs and are obsolete in about 2 years due to no support. I had an Antelope, though not the Orion, and had to downgrade (!) my MacOS when I purchased it to be able to use it as they didn't have a driver. Three years later, the interface was obsolete. Lest not mention that every time the computer went to sleep, the connection was lost and I had to reassign everything. Sold it, and lost a massive amount of money in the process, but never been happier.

It's a shame you didn't have a good experience with their product. I've been happily using their units for well over a decade and a half with no issues whatsoever. Literally thousands of sessions in the heart of LA. I'm currently on Mac M2's and M3's and things are rock solid. Next time you're in the market it might be worth another look?

Thanks, it's a vibe! I usually flip between DPA 4018V's and VL's, Lewitt MTP W950's and Neumann KMS105's. Depending on the voice(s) and the price of corn. IOW.. however I'm feeling in the moment! Lol.

hola, buenas! consulta: por qué configuro mi cubase 14 a 32 bit flotantes con mi orion studio synergy core, pero no me graba a 32 ... haciendo pruebas saturadas me queda la señal recortada .. no cumple la función de 32 flotante... saludos!

This video made me think the only cared about make the plugin "sound" into the DAW..... But actually working with DAW in PC + Zen Go under this routing will cause delay (and more issues from track delay). If you add external plugins in your DAW, which you will do, you will need to bounce and then check for antelope to match and redo process to adjust. Basically only allowing to work with Antelope plugins or external plugins.... They made us choose
