You could add a clip to the bottom of it to clip onto your hair/wig

acrylic paint or spray paint should work as long as you seal it with modge podge :)

Using pink fabric and batting would be so much cheaper and efficient for the inside of the crown. You can also get faux gold beads. Then make the rest out of layered and rolled craft foam.
