Hope you are getting back to normal after Christmas although you probably don't want to, especially in this freezing cold weather. Why couldn't it have been like this over Christmas !!!!. Take care Steve. ☺👍❤🎼🎶🎵🎻🎹

My all time favorite Sonny song. He has a Bear Family box set called Young Love and it's on it. Bear Family box sets have been around since the 80s and they're collector's sets for old music icons such as Sonny.

Some deserve the icon label, Sonny is one of them...🙂🙂

@@ste.6026 Basically the ones that are from the 40s 50s and Del Shannon that has Bear Family box sets and CDs are the only real artists to deserve icons and legends status they make other artists look like a joke. But that's me and my opinion :) And of course I love Elvis' stuff including his masters box sets.
@ste.602612 күн бұрын
My true passion is for pre Beatles & Dylan, but I do have one icon outside that time frame... For myself Eddie Cochran takes my #1 spot... My favourite artist of all time is Rick Nelson, but not just for his prime material, I love most everything the guy recorded up until 1985... Musically, Elvis was my first addiction, from about 1970, I would have been six... Most everything I upload, I like, but a few have been requests etc!!... My love for Elvis has diminished a little over the years, but his 54-63 is still very strong with me...🙂🙂🙂

Thanks Ste for sharing your excllent collection. Do you have this song by Bobby Gray called "Darling Thank You" It's the side B from 45 single, "Jody (Texas) 101" (1964). The side A is "There's Gonna Be A Party" Thanks. Until next song.
@ste.602613 күн бұрын
Sorry!!... The only song I have by Bobby Gray is 'Devil Eyes', though I have heard 'There's Gonna Be A Party', it's a good one, but I am not aware of 'Darling Thank You'... I hope you find more to enjoy that I have uploaded, I think I have about 3,000 songs... I started out with Rockabilly, Hillbilly & Rarities but had to go more commercial, even though I nearly always upload stuff that I either love or have affection for, I can't say it's all good from someone else's perspective though... I mostly concentrate on finding and improving the images that make up the videos, if I have no images it lessens my want to upload... I have about 300 videos completed and ready to go over 2025, but this may be the final year, at least at eight videos a week... By all means recommend a song or artist, I have many in my collection, that I have not uploaded... I rarely buy anything any more, but if I I have got it and can do it, I will happily upload it... :)
