4:27 Why was this scene cut? In the novelization, it's revealed that the guy is a scientist that is working on the cure for Sandman's daughter. But he needs money, hence why Sandman robs banks. And Sandman gets mad when he reveals there may not be a way for his daughter to stay alive. All the more reason I'm ticked there isn't a Director's Cut of this movie.

The "New Goblin" was freakin horrible, after two movies of suspenseful buildup, we got a character that should have been called "The Green Ninja"; a character that got little screen time, and the time that was used was baisically him bitching and moaning. EPIC FAIL!

The Venom in this movie was a total let down, you can easily see that the character was thrown in at the last second to satisfy stupid fanboy demand.

Spider-Man 3 was a huge let down, there was too much story, Venom wasn't used properly, they didn't use the Harry Osborn storyline properly, and Avi Arad (producer) should've never forced Sam into using a shitty storyline that only he felt was good. The only things good about Spiderman 3 are: 1) Action Sequences 2) musical Score by Christopher Young. Sony really screwed up the last film and now they're gonna mess up Spidey even more with the retarted reboot. Spiderman 4 could of been better.

I can't believe that one of the most popular villains was onscreen for less than ten minutes. The fact that he got killed off at the end of the film after such a small amount of screen time was also an insult to the character. Why couldn't Venom have gotten the same attention and screen time that the Joker got in The Dark Knight? Was that really so difficult?
