5:44 interesting this version of Layout you did, I guess the tail was too short so you didn't key over to prep, like you've done other times, but this time after you completed the wrap, you didn't key over, you just went straight to the drop. I love discovering that that's an option! Kinda makes me wonder what the purpose of keying over is anyway. By the way, where I'm from, this thing you call "Layover," we call Pencil, or Double Pencil.

I love doing this and double pencil drop, but for some reason it hurts my left leg so badly after dropping and my coach can’t even figure out why, it happens with single star drop as well so do you know any reasons why that could happen?

I can't seem to find a video that actually talks about how to mount it to the ceiling. Am I the only one with this question? I've watched several silks rigging videos and none talk about that.

Most ceilings aren't designed for load bearing for aerial and it can be dangerous to do a DIY solution. That's why most people who practice aerial at home recommend using a portable rig / A-frame that has been designed specifically for that purpose 🙂

I find chair entry hard on my back when I roll around, I'm not sure why? I learnt mermaid entry next and after figuring out the grip I found it quite easy and my go to now 😅

I'm thinking I'm gonna get the fabric hitches instead of rings or whatever. U don't have to worry about tying knots and can adjust the length easily. First timer. Low ceilings but I do have a tree in the backyard too.
