Walking only isn't exactly the best on its own, but it's definitely a valid form of cardio. Doing it daily in addition to weight training will absolutely lean you out even if you don't have the cleanest "diet" . I'm in my forties and natural and walk between 25-30,000 steps a day between work and exercise and walking has changed the game for my fitness. I still run for heart health and stamina, but walking with weight training is how I maximize my fat burning

Hi, I have decided yo move forward with a sliding grip barbell and think that I will purchase the Squeezebar Pro Elegance version. Couple of questions that hopefully you can answer and/or opine on. The newer Elegance Pro version seems to have a centralized piece (albeit a lot smaller than a fat grip) that is integral to the bar. So no fatgrip needed in center I assume? The Elegance version also has a different channel design on the shaft vs the Pro Classic. Are you using bar still, and how often? Have you noticed any deterioration with components or smooth functioning of barbell handles? Are you lubing it monthly and using a dry Teflon spray so as not to have a greasy bar? Have you seen copies, I’m assuming out of China, like the Radian or Butterfly barbell? The quality of the Radian seemed excellent based on an in depth review by Joe Gray with Gray Matter Lifting. The Radian is the clone of the Squeezebar Classic Pro at about $480 shipped. Check out the KZbin review and let me know your thoughts. I’m stll going to opt for the German engineered Squeezebar, but the Pro Elegance.

Started last year in November went all the way up to 80 when I found out how hard it was to get off I started tapering in February now I’m down to 40 and was going to keep tapering but I can’t take it anymore I’m so ready to move on. So Thursday i will cold turkey from 40 and will be so far away that I won’t be able to get ahold of it. Think my withdrawals won’t be bad since I’ve only been on it for 9 months?
