The solution is to not give a shit what those people think and keep going no matter what. I go to the gym for me because I want to be healthier and stronger than I was yesterday so I don’t have time to worry about others. We all start somewhere… I wasn’t born knowing how to workout properly just like you weren’t born knowing how to make videos. Everything takes effort and practice to get better over time 💪🏼
