I have 1 question: how can I understand if it is convenient to use rc with hero dive or with lalo?

imo usually with lalo especially when the sui didn't get the value they wanted such as an Isle IT, Isle monolith or King gets baited with tornado trap and has activated ability or if the sui didn't lure the cc and it may containa a defensive SMinion or SDrag. So many situations that could make RC recover the attack

It's highly dependent on the base. If the RC can get added value and create Lalo pathing, then it's usually a no-brainer to send with Sui.
