Just huff a 'SHHH' (like shushing a person) when u wanna activate ur abs, feel your diaphragm constrict and get a feel of that to activate it. Then try to hold that/hold an exhale when doing repetitions

Just because you ‘do an aasaan’ or try to practice breath control doesn’t make you a ‘yogi’, idiots. A yogi is one who has achieved yoga, which is effectively liberation.

Can you suck in your abs the whole time as you're doing exercises to avoid loafing?
@rickm142712 күн бұрын
Yoga poses are only harmful if you don't do them correctly(poor form usually from progressing too quick) ... Stop spreading misinformation.

I think this is why every time we are working out you breathe in before exertion and then breathe out during exertion. Lazy girls way of engaging core. Also tuck your pelvis, navel to spine!

So much false info here. Your core is trained like any other muscle. Weighted progression. Nothing else

Wrong! (for me) I have abnormally strong core and glutes. Tight hip flexors may be true though. But I have always had APT. Its associated with autism/adhdof which I have both, as well as disautonomia. All I know for me is, can plank for like ever, do 1000000 crunches/situps, goblet squat forever. Still have ATP. Try again?
