My favorite part was when the disciples are in the boat and it says they had forgotten to bring bread , except for the loaf that was in the boat with them. Jesus is the loaf that was with them. It reminds me of when they were in the storm and Jesus was in the boat again with them sleeping. Jesus is with us in the storms and he will get to the other side with us of that storm. Here Jesus is the loaf of bread in the boat with them .. he will provide all we need he is our living bread. He will supply all our needs and he will do it abundantly.

For me, i see it like the valley might not be be easy to travel through maybe but idk cause thats the only part i dont rlly understand, the valley part😅 but for mountain i see it as spiritual warfare. You are trying to climb up a mountain and but it is not easy, the terrain is rough, maybe you're out of shape.
