The nails we cut are over grown dead nails but beard and hairs we don't know which hair is dead or which is alive and rooted. So we use comb so in this way all dead hairs comes down in comb thus we don't use Scissors. But eventually according to me being a God connected soul has not much to do with hairs. But we also can't ignore the fact that all the religious teachers had grown hairs there must be a deep meaning which we don't know. God Bless You!
