If Mike played in todays soft, no D era Jordan would average 45ppg guaranteed. Anyone that tells you different wasn’t alive to have witnessed Jordan’s era. Kids are ignorant.

I'm really late seeing this, but I always love to see Robinson highlights. Yes he is underrated. I used to go to a lot of Spurs games in the 90s

Kevin has an 8'-0" wing span. Only one other player in the NBA had that long of arms.

They are actually competitors is the reason they jump with him, fam. Wtf? They actually compete on D back then. That's the problem with this WAF LeClown era.

I wasn’t being serious when I asked why are they jumping… it’s pretty common to say that when somebody gets dunked on. Y’all gotta stop taking everything literally

They played harder back then. Always in people's faces. Now is just three points or going up to the hoop nearly always uncontested.

Anytime someone talks about social media and Jordan, I just laugh. Jordan would look for someone to do something that he could "take personally" to fuel his game. Can you imagine him just being able to open Twitter, look at someone saying something negative about him. Dude would be fueled for every game. Not that he took very many games off anyways.

Mike James was the Euroleague MVP last year. He also signed an extension with AS Monaco till 2027. He's the Euroleague all-time leading scorer. He could go back to the NBA but AS Monaco is paying him big and over here he's one of the top guys. He'll retire with AS Monaco most likely. His legacy is here in Europe.

Joe is one of 4 players not in the hof that has over 20k points alongside Lamarcus Aldridge, Antwan Jamison, and Tom chambers. But Joe could probably make it tbh. 7 allstars and 20k points is pretty solid

I'm yet to see a better small forward than Bird. Every skill was in his arsenal. The ultimate intangible was his killer instinct.

Players in that era jumped to contest shots bc they played DEFENSE! They were MEN, not 🐈s that only cared about perception! In the eras before 2003, if players did not contest shots, whether on the perimeter or close to the basket, they would find themselves on the bench or traded. It is only in this 🐈 era that it is ok to allow players to shoot without contesting (which is 85-95% of the time!

If you're a 80s baby Jordan basically introduced us to basketball. I vividly remember sitting down with my champion bulls jersey watching Mike. Watching Mike live was a different experience. You had to be alive back then to truly understand how big of a star Mike was. And the shoes don't get me started on the shoes

MJ is the reason nobody cares about BBall today!!! It's boring, too expensive and not a good product anymore!!! Being boring is the biggest problem!!! No defense to speak of and it's too soft!!! Lebron complains about 82 games being too hard!!! He's the league star and he doesn't want to work a full schedule??? Damned sad, imo!!!

when you say greatest of all time implies the greatest ever. You can have a favorite player but you saying anyone is better than mj is like saying that the army of Moldova is better than the army of USA. That is simply not factually true. So, please stop this nonsense.

Are you serious? MJ in his prime would dismantle Anyone! Sorry Kobe, and even sorry Bron, who were anywhere closest to him. New Gen nachos.... Cut The $#!+!!!! Mike would've, and has already, ground EVERYONE in the dirt! Shut that new school, "He wasn't that good," BS up!!! Mike would rip Bron, Kobe, and anyone else's faces off that stepped to him!! Damn ANY era! He was the coldest blooded Hoop KILLER of All Time!! I love Bron & Kobe, RESPECT!.... but NO SIR!! You're DELUSIONAL if you believe otherwise.

TonyMenino good one, yeah Ii was a kid back then, Pistol Pete was a legend in his own time, and yes one of a kibd way ahead of his time, his father wss a coach and he was trained from childhood, constant practice, wild training methods to deevelop his skills like he rode his bike to school dribbling the ball, still the all time college scoring leader 44 pts per game- in 3 years with no 3 point line, sadly he died young and his NBA career was not what it could have been due to injury, him, Pistol was invited to be a Harlem Globetrotter but went pro instead, crazy ball handling and passing to go with his scoring...there a great video of him and young Dr. J playing like crazy trick shot horse lol i think Pistol beat him but it was close, ok keep watchin, check out Wilt Chamberlain, another one of a kind

What you did not see was that some of the Atlanta Hawk's bench high-fived each other and another player feel off of the bench. They were fined by their coach. Another video you might like is "Bird is the word" 15 minutes of his actions with music. Some things you might not know about Bird: When he was young, the waiters and busboys from the hotel in his town let him play with them and he loved it. But he also practiced a lot. Raised in a small town and was very poor. He helped his Indiana State college team (not Indiana University) play a 30 and 0 season, but lost in the NCA finals to Michigan State University, who had Magic Johnson on their team.
