Clearly buckethead suffers from some sort of social phobias yet has found a way to overcome them good for him

Dude is a master guitarist as well as a musician. But its clear from over the decades from trying to play with G n R and Ozzy etc,,,, And it never worked out, the guy has some real severe anxiety issues. I mean, this dude blows Joe Satriani and Steve Vai right out of the water musically. Even Yngwie Malmsteen would have a hard time coping with his talent. But. we are all individuals and we are all different. God bless <3

This has been very positive for me to listen to. As a musician with terrible imposter syndrome, it helps to hear someone like Brian going telling a tiny bit of his story and being so honest about it

hey buckethead, it's called an a-fib/SVT. You had the ablation operation. and you're probably on 50mg of metoprolol. you were probably born with it, like me. my record heart beat 256 bpm for several hours. The med's help. Also, im coming to see you in Eugene in June 2024!

Introverts, like myself, hate calling people on the phone, especially if they don't know them well. Brian is also an introvert.

Bucketheads guitar skills are beyond reproach, but the writing of that music is why I love the guy. He's a modern Amideous. He has three hundred studio albums. Only because of his writing.

My favorite schreader is so troubled. His inability to talk on the phone has cost him millions. I know his lonely ass misses his mom and dad so hard. I worry about him.

I wonder if Brian knows just how much his music has impacted some peoples lives. I’m 29 now and been listening to buckethead since I was 11-12, I’ve grew up with his music and he was the reason I started playing guitar. I know how to play more buckethead songs than I do of any other artist, his music has gotten me through some very rough times emotionally. I hope he knows how much his music means to some people. I saw him live in 2011 at the Neighborhood theater in Charlotte, and to this day it’s the only concert I’ve ever been to.

I've been listening to Buckethead for I guess 13 years or so now and I just discovered this interview / podcast and Brian is such a kind and gentle man, it's incredible how much you can hear it in his music oftentimes but this really shows it. I'm so glad I get to enjoy his music and I really really hope I'll be able to see him live in my lifetime

Buckethead deserves all the love in the world, such an awesome dude I saw him live once in bum fuck nowhere Bozeman MT. Best live performance I've ever seen. this man has influenced me in ways I cannot describe. He makes the most soulful music I've ever heard. Cannot describe how amazing every song of his I listen to is. Most underrated and influential guitarist I've ever discovered. I Listen to Electric Tears, Electric Sea and Colma every night when I go to sleep. Puts me at peace. I love Brian Carol/ Buckethead. Nothing but respect and love for this guy and what he does.

SO MANY GREAT PEOPLE HERE see themselves in concert with BucketHead’s struggles and efforts regardless…. We really need heroes and examples; this real person is very evidently that individual for tens of thousands!! Now people, GO FORTH in whatever areas you may try, regardless of tears and falls, successes and notoriety!! GO FORTH and create something for all of us to see, hear, feel and also be awed and inspired by!! YOU TOO CAN DO THIS!!!! I’m sure that BucketHead would agree that YOU ARE WORTHY!!!
