Oof, strix lookout is solid in this deck. Helps you discard expensive creatures since you have zombify, and also helps you dig for them. Turtle is just bad. Also, burglar rat is much better in this deck than the zombie. This isn’t red black sac.

I watch almost every video you upload and i really enjoy watching them. I try to not read the titles because i dislike spoilers. ^^ I'm always glad to have enough good KZbin content to watch and you are part of it. Thank you for your time and effort. Btw i'm not sure if you missed the rule change since the release of Foundations. They removed the "combat damage assignment order". Now, if you attack you can divide your creature's combat damage as you choose among all the creatures blocking it. You don't have to deal lethal damage anymore. That can be important if you wanna follow up with spells like "all creatures get -1/-1" or "deal 2 damage to all creatures". Maybe you have to change your settings to be able to do so. Keep up the good work. :)

Thanks for the video, unfortunately even though you had cut green hard the player beside you to the left also probably went green as there were no good green in the reverse direction in pack 2. Black didn’t seem open in either direction.

It looked like a decent deck it just never got to take off. It was still fun to watch so thanks for the video. I kind of thought the cackler seemed obnoxious. When I have it played against me it feels harsh because ward makes you removal bad and takes you off tempo. Just my two cents.

Alex I think you way to over value wary thespian there is way to many 1/1 tokens and sac effects and significantly underestimate cackling prowler who takes advantage of those 1/1 token deaths. You almost never have dug with wary thespian and have lost to cackling prowler several times. Other wise great playing and interesting deck.

Lots of games with land flood. bahh.... oh well, they can't all be trophy win rates. Boros maybe wants to be just 16 lands if you trim your top end and perhaps run the Inspiring Paladin (it's first strike can also spill over to the pridemate and boarders sometimes) Pretty good deck, just too much flood variance and no Claws Out for all the meow-meowz.

DoJ did exactly what it was supposed to there sir! Your deck however...did not. You drew more land than spells that game, hard to win those ones, but the DoJ was amazing there. I think just running it is correct, it gives you a lot of play when you draw it early and can be the best topdeck possible frequently. Yeah sometimes its dead and you are sad but thats magic. What this deck really needed was 1 fanatical firebrand to replace a land with but alas.

Such weird games, I liked your deck and all your choices. Even the best magic players only win around 65% of the time if you go by 17 lands. The randomness of MTG makes for interesting choices but the randomness does has it downsides!

Constructive post match analysis: In game 2 (at the 26:15 minute mark) if you would have blocked and made a 2nd flyer with your infestation sage, you would have won. They would be forced to block your 4/4 flyer with the giant they played later and you could have put a counter on the new insect token (instead of making raccoons) Even when they later got the trample you would have just enough toughness to survive if you waited another turn to flip the sage. Love the vids, keep up the good work. Foundations is fun!

Fun deck, kinda wish you had just cut the 5 drops and 1 land and done the boltwave plan and just gone for it, but I get why you didnt, super risky, but I think you actually had an awesome shell for it! Also...I know it can kinda go horribly wrong..but act of treason seem pretttttty good against kellan already, especially with balmor. Helllllllo 4+power double striking trampler! You holding that fleeting distraction and the opp holding the activated on that werewolf at the end there was killing me!!! 100% on the heroic reinforcement splash, Banishing light good enough that prolly shoulda jammed it in too. If you are splashing 1-2 cards like that, the dual land like you had should be enough, campus guide was def not needed. That last pick terror though, what a gift! Those things definitely gonna do work.
