I have a set of these, exactly the same and they work great and the battery is pretty good too. However! I didn't keep the instructuon manual and the "oil light" came on indicating it needs oiling. I cleaned and oiled the blades but without the manual I can figure out how to reset the oil light. If anyone here knows how please reply 👍

It doesn’t keep a charge, once you charge it and use it and think you’re gonna use it the next day nope it’s dead. By my third time trying to use it, well it stopped working. 99 with red exclamation mark shows then if you press the power button 88 is displayed with ! And lock symbol🤦🏽♂️

I'm having an extremely difficult time keeping my hair in the barrel curls as soon as I get it all twisted in there it's like my hair Falls right out I don't have thin hair I'm not using two small of portions or suctions as well. It's like it wraps up in there and then it falls right out. Also it does not capture the very root of the hair section so that part isn't even curled the rest of it will curl but the very tip of your hair is still straight this is so silly and super frustrating to say the very least funny fact my husband actually had to curl my hair last night because I can't figure this out and he's never touched a curling iron in his life

Non so se qualcuno ha lo stesso mio problema,quando metto sotto vuoto prima che tolgo il prodotto dalla macchina rientra l'aria ,,,però ho controllato stamattina per mettere un po' di cose e mi sono accorta che dietro dove ci sono le tre chiusure una di quella mi si è spezzata non mene ero accorta e per questo che mi sigilla solo e non va il sotto vuoto ,, per chi ha lo stesso problema gli direi di controllare 🙏❤️🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

Charge the mask for 2-3 hrs until the light changes from red to blue/green. Remove the charger prior to use. Has automatic switch off after 15-20 minutes of use. Select which colour is needed for your skin condition… do not over do it.. night time is advised. Use a type of night cream, serum.. feel better absorption onto the skin. Try not to stare directly into the bright lights of the mask . And always pack away in your box.
