Thank you for your video. Is there a way to correct the candle pool you get from not burning it long enough the first time can you remelt soy wax

Thank you for the video. Do you put a warning label on your tart shell? If so, where can I find one?

I love your thoroughly explained videos. I have 2 questions. What size hole did you drill in your popsicle sticks for the wicks? How do you clean your items after you use them like the pot and thermometer?

Hi. Thank you for the step by step in this video. I am getting ready to venture into candlemaking so I am doing my homework. I have a few questions. First, can you use resin or resincrete create candle holders? Second, do wicks come in different lengths as it looks like there is a lot of waste from them?

is it 185 degrees in Fahrenheit?

People are still here ! Good job ! But mushrooming is a black blob at the top of the wick, sometimes even forming something like flower pedals. It may or may not curl over onto itself, or into the wax pool though.

Thank you for the great video. How do you clean the melting pot afterwards to make sure your fragrances don't cross contaminate? I worry that the fragrance smells will linger.

A good place to get some candle jars with lids is CandleScience. They’re relatively cheap, you can buy in bulk, and they have multiple options and sizes of glass and ceramic jars. Hope this helps ❤

Do you find your tins getting hot with the cd 18 wicks?
@ClaytonCandleCo17 күн бұрын
Do you mean like overheating? No I haven’t noticed them getting hot
@TheSadéEffect17 күн бұрын
@ like once the candle gets to the bottom, the tin gets hot. I used the silver in a 20oz and have since switched to the black 16oz tins and am trying to test different wicks. I’m torn between cdn and lx wicks but wanted to see if you experienced any over heating. I did single wicks for the silver tins but wanted to try triple wicking, but may need to wick down which is why the testing process for me is kinda tedious lol.

I repurpose my old candles that I have used up, and I go to Home Goods, Walmart, any place that sells any kind of lidded containers…think outside the box! It’s fun! I used a pumpkin shaped lidded Brie dish for one last year…it’s adorable. It’s like a mini casserole dish! Flower pots also make cute candle containers! Cindi (from WV)😊

The temp 185, is this Fahrenheit or Celsius? Also, the thermometer - is it actually in the wax or does it not touch the wax as it melts.

@alexandradixon3775Ай бұрын
what a great video! Everything was really clear. I do have *one* question - when you say that soy wax has a memory so the first time you burn the candle, make sure it burns to the edge ... what would that look like? How would I know that I have done it right? Also, I'd like to make some "day of the dead" candles in tall glass cylindrical candle holders, and then wrap them in a paper design on the outside so the candle will glow through the image. Do you know of a source for the glass cylinders? And do you have any advice on glueing the images on the outside?

Hello beautiful, I love how you talk not so fast, I’m from Denmark and I need to concentrate more than others to understand better, but after my opinion, I think it’s better if you made your videos without music when you are talking, specially that the music is loud as your voice or maybe louder. It’s better if it’s without music specially your voice and words are very relaxing . Love ❤️ and God bless

I just saw your videos and I didn’t know. I just started his business with senses. It’s my term of saying you know those little things that you have in a burn in your room or burning your room you can burn it anywhere. I’m not certain help with kennel tins like you. They’re small, but not too small.

I just started out making this business. I’m not very good at it, but I didn’t know it was toxic, but I knew it was toxic for cats and dogs so my mom put it somewhere. Where can’t any animals do you know? Wax is toxic if it gets on animal skin.
