I always cut the lamb or beef thin, marinate and put onions and peppers in the ka bobs.

Could you use skinless boneless thighs for this ? I’ve never seen chicken leg filets that big ever.

That is a quality BBQ and cook gents. On holiday in Cyprus as we speak and I just cooked a banging lamb souvla. Went to the butchers today and got a whole chicken cut up for a chicken souvla. Might have to steal your spice blend!

Thanks for the recipes. Any suggestions on rotisseries to buy as far as quality and a limited budget? I'm thinking under $500 but wouldn't know where to start. I'm doing your chicken and lamb today but I'll be using skewers on my charcoal grill, definitely have to get a rotisserie though. I think the best food I've eaten was from Lamb on Chapel in Melbourne and if I could do that at home I'd be content! Cheers.

Love your videos boys. Recipes are fantastic and your equipment sensational. My dad brought me over an amberq spit from Greece in the valitsa years ago. It’s the best ever. Highly recommended. Just wondering where you got the assassins blade you used to cut up the souvlaki? Kala psisimata!
