NO ONE can ever top Neil Diamond. The genius who writes and sings masterpieces. I'm writing this 3-15-2024. Neil Diamond has been in my life since I was 17 and first heard "Solitary Man." I'm 72 now and Neil Diamond is 83! I've grown up with his music. He's my life! I love him and always will. 🍀🌺💎❤️🔥⭐❤️🎼🎶🎵🫂🌹💋

Our story is very much the same. I saw Neil in Calgary 1969, again and then in 1986(?) and finally in Seattle. His songs are so resonate in what they say and how my body reacts to his voice. My kids and grandchildren all appreciate his music. I took a friend to the Seattle concert; he was a massive fan but hadn’t the opportunity to see Neil in person. Watching him enjoy it brought me even more joy. April, 2024

Some people mistakenly dismiss this number, and I will never know why. Look, If you're not a clown you're probably not going to get it; but this is far and away Neil Diamonds greatest, most noteworthy song he sang in his entire long and illustrious career and one of the greatest love songs ever written. So relatable, jesus, it never gets old, does it? Been there, know what I mean? Haha. Any off duty clowns reading this know exactly what I'm talking about.

When I watch you Neil I am reminded of a love affair I had fifty years ago for three years then my boyfriend said that he had never loved me. My heart was broken and it never mended. Three years later I was diagnosed with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. I feel that the stress contributed to my illness. Now a day never goes by when I don’t watch you and the emotion that comes from your songs help me each day. Thank you so much for the joy you have given me. I’m sorry but I can’t get rid of end. I feel for you having Parkinson’s disease and I care deeply.iend

Y’all know he wrote this song for Caroline Kennedy, don’t you? She was a CHILD when he wrote this song and it doesn’t just whisper things, it screams them! I don’t know how others feel about being “inappropriate,” but I believe there are many reasons why Diamond has always guarded his personal life so fiercely that to do with “family.” He is a very gifted singer, performer, songwriter and he’s tops at acting! But there is black water behind his eyes hiding many, many secrets.
@Center12405 ай бұрын
Neil was inspired by how sweet Caroline Kennedy looked after her father was assassinated. That characterization stuck in his mind and when he was writing the song years later, that phrase fit the syllables needed, so he used it.
