the sun is often out is still one of my favorite albums. This song is an absolute banger, but I never managed to quite enjoy the second album as much as the first.

I was there in the front row. When they came out on stage I shouted to Crispin Hunt that I loved the Longpigs. I think he was shocked that someone in the CD:UK audience was a fan, he came over to me to say thanks and shook my hand. Top bloke.
