I used to watch the Gigantosaurus TV show back in the day when it was still on. Hopefully there'll be a movie in the future, and the UK theme park we've all been waiting for.

@@missiondestroygames really like the company level 5 in general but they didnt have good sales and shut down their american office so this might be the last one in english in the series. Defo recommend checking out the old ones starting with the first one Professor Layton and the Curious Village.

I finally found it... I had native Japanese neighbors in the house right next door to me when I was little and they imported tons and tons of Japanese games. I remember a famicom gun having a unique button to shoot grenades and fighting aliens like this... I almost wondered if my memory was off or something because its taken a long long time to find out what that game was or even find the gun. But this is it.

Awesome speedrun! Thanks for the tips, this game was a misery to program. I wanted to add power ups but we couldn't figure how to properly implement them. Perhaps we'll take another stab at it in the future. Our next title is a traditional collect-a-thon arcade game that's by far easier to program then this was.

That is a really cool light gun, especially for 1988. Obviously something that realistic looking couldn't have been sold in the U.S. Too bad.
