SPEAKING of the sweat lodge; when I was21 I lived a summer on Sombrio Beach 30 miles North of Victoria on the West Coast. We had a plastic hut at the high tide line.Light the fire and throw in the rocks at 1/2 tide . At high tide the rocks are red fill a metal 5 gallon bucket with them and another with water . sweat for 1/2 hour or more than dive into the North Pacific screaming and laughing We'ld do it a couple times a week when the tide was right. That was a great summer. Caan't do now the place is a park. Ah well !!!!

Billy's right , I used to drink (not for 30 years now)but all the madness f234king and fighting waking up in stray beds (or gutters) Remembering what you did. Some times I drank for 3 days straight or more.It was fun but dangerous and physically bad for me. But at times I miss it .
