Oh my God...... I just watched it. I've been there in Turkey. I studied it. Other than the stupid love story which really wasn't that bad cause the chick was hot this was really really really good why did everybody hate it. I think most people don't like history.

Wish you would recut this video and include Bob Knodels' admission that the $20,000 Laser Gyro he bought showed the 15 degree drift of the sp9nning globe. That last part is too cryptic for FE'rs to get(that there was a 15 degrees of drift) & gives them an out.

Thanks for the review... I saw the movie on the tv in the 90s and it has always resonated with me ever since- very much like Come and See by Elem Klimov. I felt that the movie Oppenheimer should have been paired with this movie just to show the true impact of nuclear war. Why is it not shown again... Black Rain had a deep impact on me and I will always remember the scenes of the repercussions of the atomic bomb. It is only recently that I saw a documentary about the Hiroshiima/Nagasaki bombings that I heard about the viseral reportage. I truly feel that Black Rain should be shown to everyone to discourage the use of nuclear weapons.... It is even more important today with the threat of nuclear war because of Putin....

In the play, Shakespeare wrote that phrase when Claudius declares Hamlet "He that is mad, and sent to England", with his friends Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, who are holding a sealed letter that instructs the English king to execute the prince. Hamlet obviously trusts nobody, opens the letter, rewrites it so the deliverer gets executed instead, and seals it back, so the two unknowingly bring an order spelling their own doom into English hands. This is the context of the story where "engineer hoist with his own petard" comes from. Soon after, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead.

This explains the English use! We absolutely use "petarda" in everyday speech in Ukraine, here it's a word a tiny (but loud) firework that kids loved to annoy people with. Each is about the size of AAA battery and lights like a match. Sold in packs similar to matchboxes. Though fireworks aren't used here anymore, and heavily frowned upon since 2014.

She has never, NEVER been voted for anything. She has been chosen by the deep state to run. CTV News has no problem reporting crap. Making up news to keep the sheep interested. Liberals and Democrats are liers, thieves, ignorant, and controlling. P Diddy loves Democrats and they love him.

I wish I had the money to do something that would have been hilarious. It would have been most interesting to stop at the island, take down the flag that was up, and “remove” the case of whatever whiskey was there. Hoist a Jolly Roger, and leave a case of rum…

Most top Scrabble experts make an error in the endgame around once every 2 endgame moves. Nigel Richards makes an endgame error once every *84* (!) endgame moves. This is even more accurate than the computer engine Quackle. (See video by Alex Dings)

This is a really great review. I was underwhelmed at the ending also but I have a feeling it will appreciate over time, as a lot of cliffhanger type endings do. But the rest of the story was 10/10

MJF was the epitome of the 1980's. I guess his life got the best of it and the worst of it. He was great in the intro of Dr Hollywood, where he showed a cocky arrogance that didn't step on any toes. And I also liked him in the back to the future series. Back when everything was normal and the music has never been surpassed since. Maybe one day the pendulum will swing back and when it does, I want to be there to enjoy it, along with the rest of you guys.
