this was an awesome outdoor show at a park in Wisconsin, one of the best shows i went to last year, i was in the area for the waupun wi show and heard about this one and on the spur of the moment decided to go

It’s crazy how people can be so reckless.and you are not the first person to say that about white pick up trucks

They had over 300 cars at this show and it was all outdoors in the park, I did the Waupun truck parade Fri and Saturday and spotted a flyer for this show and since I was in the area I went, I’m really glad I did it was a friendly show and the cars were spaced so it was easy to get some great shots but with over 300 I had to move fast, I’m hoping I can go this year as well

The whole thing was bizarre

thanks, I just thought if people didn't like the music they could just turn the volume down or off, i can only use music i have a license for so using something like ac/dc is way beyond my budget

its all put together from photos so I didn't record any sound that day, what's so bad about just turning the sound down or off? some like the music and some don't so I add it and let the user decide if they want to mute the sound or not

Yea that’s Jenny, she’s a regular at the local shows and she’s always improving her car, she just got it painted and as soon as I spotted it I knew who exactly it was, I have a photo of her laying on the hood of a diamond reo at one of the shows I’ll try to find it, Jenny is absolutely one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and she is in no way camera shy

Btw the old diamond reos I think are the best looking trucks, I’ve never driven one so I can’t talk about how they drive but that old classic look is just amazing

It wouldn't have made a difference; we had just passed the pickup. I assume he was upset that someone passed him; it makes no sense to me since I honestly don't care if someone passes me or I get passed. I just want to get down the road, now the ones that pass you and then slow down can be annoying I do admit

In this case we had passed that pickup, most frustrating thing for big trucks is when you start to pass and the guy your passing speeds up leaving you hanging

He was lucky we were light and going up a slight upgrade; I was in the bunk, and when we stopped, my co-driver was shocked he didn't hit him. It was so close, it kinda looked like he wanted to take another shot at us, but to many cars made him rethink that, last think any driver wants is something like this to happen,

That's when we need the thumbs up the most, LOL. I posted this to show the downside of driving through the winter. We are lucky we get paid for delays like this, but many drivers do not get paid unless they sit for 24 hours or more. The longest shutdown I've ever been in was 4 days in North Dakota. l doubt many will watch the entire video since staring at the truck in front of us wasn't that exciting

I try to get out and explore different parts of the country as much as possible. Most of my driving is over the road; so far, over 3.5 million miles, I am in a sleeper truck and just slightly over 10 thousand with a day cab, when I look back on it all it does seems kinda odd that a kid who never drove much with end up driving so much for work Lol, when I get back from this run I have some Christmas train footage I think you might like it isn't great but I think you'll like the train itself

If you ever drive through here, I suggest you stop at the rest areas in the canyon and take your drone for a spin. I bet you'll find some fantastic shots

@@TWKTruckingWithKingfish Well... Middle son has a place in Colo Springs, but is out of the country right now. When we visit, we often go that way (but sometimes come up through 4 corners and Pagosa Springs etc.. Or I-40 to I-25.) Oldest is still in TX for the time being. Youngest just joined and is in Arizona (AIT) but who knows where he'll end up... Bottom line, probably a lot of opportunity for road trips.

The rest areas on that stretch of road are all worth stopping for, the river runs alongside the rest areas and they all have walking paths worth exploring, you might even see some rafters floating down stream, one of these days I'll get us 50 in its entirety

After passing that pickup who was in the left lane I got in the left lane then I passed the semi as soon as I passed the semi and before I could get over the pickup moved into the right lane, once he moved into the right lane I couldn’t get over since that would’ve run him off the road, watch the hood mirror and you’ll lights when they come over, no sorry bud but I’m not the villian here, next time he might not be so lucky

It's fun to shoot, but it's a 5.7k video spread over the entire area, so it's not really 5.7. it's more like 1080, so as long as you don't zoom in, it doesn't look too bad, 8f you zoom in, and it gets really fuzzy, where I think it truly stands out is when you stick the camera into a car then you can capture the entire Interior in one shot

The camera is the instacam 360 x3, but they have an x4 out now, its a memory hog, and the camera itself is very fragile, so if you get one, make sure you order the lens protectors, you'll break it eventually

Here’s some trivia for you for the 100th Harley Davidson anniversary. HD decided to throw a party in Milwaukee. It was a massive gathering of bike riders, and they also had a concert. The main act was kept hidden since HD wanted a big surprise, but now most people were guessing it was going to be Lynyrd Skynard or 38 Special or maybe even the Rolling Stones, a band with some grit, the main act for all these black leather clad bikers was none other than Elton JOHN, now I'm ok with Elton but it certainly was the wrong music for this event

As a kid I would go with my uncles to the local Harley shop and it wasn’t a big extravagant place, it was a greasy shop full of guy who wee working class stiffs who just loved to ride, I miss those trips with my uncles but those days are gone now the dealerships are to clean and just don’t have that same vibe, going thru the Harley museum is truly like stepping back in time and seeing Harley in its raw glory, I have a video about Vincent motorcycles you might like, I ran into a pack of them and got some great shots, check that one out and let me know what you think, I just made a playlist for motorcycle content but I’m not sure if I added everything to it yet, I’m in over the road trucker and I’m in Portland today

When I was a kid you would see them everywhere, they were used for bread trucks and they used to use them for delivering milk back in the day, even though they were everywhere back in the day you rarely see them now

I love the atmosphere there, too. The museum is an excellent addition to the brand. It's easy to get great shots of the riders since they are all having a great time
