Excellent video, one of few I've seen with details key for one planning a future AZT thru hike--dates of your hike, mile-marker numbers (yay!), etc. 'Preciated!

You didn't happen to see the abandoned cars over the hill in that alignment did you if you happen to have the GPS location or an idea where they're at

On my bucket list. Probably this Thanksgiving if Im not in the mountains. Lots of beauty , but lots of crappy road walks and sun. UGH. But the grand finale @ the beach will be worth it.

Chris, not sure if you still follow your comments, but I hope you are well. What time of year was this in Southern Maine? Looking to do Maine again but want cool weather and changing leaves. I went thru in June and not looking for that experience again😂😂😂. 🤘🕓

Really nice video! I know this was six years ago but it popped up on my feed. I just completed half of the trail in New Jersey two weekends ago and I enjoyed watching your experience. It was a nice video because you kind of just took us along on your hike without too much talking but lots of views.well done! I'm looking forward to completing the rest of New Jersey here soon.

You should consider getting some snowshoes. I went hiking in the snow one time and sank up to my waist. Decided to buy myself some snowshoes then.

I wonder how safe that water is to drink. Do you use a filter or purification tablets.

As a converted "Paysonite," I had to be taught how to say that "Mazatzal" word and like many AZ words, it is odd. Say it similar to this "Mad-az-ell" or "Mad-as-hell" is how I remember it. Love your work!

Chris, I'm about to do my next section of the Arizona Trail. Flagstaff to the South Rim. Starting April 20th, 2021. As always, I review your videos for more information. You've done a wonderful job of describing the trail and your experience on it. It is beneficial. I want to do more videos, and I wondered if you were turning on some sort of video stabilization on your cell phone for your videos. On my Samsung phone, it's known as “Super Steady.” What do you do to keep your videos smooth, and are you holding the phone in your hand? See you on the trail, Dana Law San Diego "Magician"
