Sir /Ma'am I noticed your channel and realized that there is no SEO expert on your channel. I was surprised that even after uploading so many videos, the number of subscribers on your channel is very low and your number of views is very low. I noticed that many people have problems on your channel. Your video quality and thumbnails are very good, but if you want to grow your KZbin channel organically and increase views, then you need an SEO expert. We provide this service. We have noticed your channel, so I felt the need to inform you that your title and your tags and description all need to be well optimized and I noticed that your SEO score is very low, which you need to keep between 80 and 90. We will complete it completely. I hope you understand and I will get an answer very soon. My name is yeasin tnx

We've been told it's not best, but best known, who gets the business. I would tend to gravitate to the marketing approach that would gather attention. Being in the real estate arena, you would think that people would want to work with competent folks, however, we just got done reviewing the top producers in our market place and, having 38 years experience in the market, we know who are good, smart operators. There are a great deal of players in the top 10% who actually should maybe not even be in the business, but they are sure selling a lot of real estate. How are these players getting the business? Oh, they maybe good looking, have a flashy national brand which has NOTHING to do with the competence of the practitioner. I'm tempted to take a Saul approach.

Thanks Jason. As a business expert with decades of experience, I can provide insights on the material you've shared, which outlines a strategic planning approach for business growth. The content appears to be structured as a video or presentation, covering several key aspects of business development. Let's analyze each component: 1. Introduction: Acknowledging the challenges of business growth is a good starting point. It sets realistic expectations and prepares the audience for the complexity of the task ahead. 2. Guide Introduction: Establishing credibility is important, though the effectiveness depends on Jason Pond's actual experience and achievements. 3. Mission Statement: This is a fundamental step often overlooked by small businesses. A well-crafted mission statement can provide direction and purpose, aligning all business activities. 4. Revenue Streams: Identifying multiple revenue streams is crucial for business resilience. However, it's important to balance diversification with focus, especially for small businesses. 5. Infrastructure and Assets: Building a solid foundation is indeed critical. This step should also include intangible assets like intellectual property and brand value. 6. Reliable Suppliers: Supply chain management is often underestimated in its importance. Securing reliable suppliers can indeed be a significant competitive advantage. 7. Industry Understanding: This is crucial but should go beyond surface-level knowledge. Deep industry insights can reveal opportunities and help anticipate changes. 8. Competition Analysis: Understanding competitors is vital, but it's equally important to learn from their successes and failures. 9. SWOT Analysis: While a useful tool, SWOT analysis should be complemented with other strategic frameworks like Porter's Five Forces or PESTEL analysis for a more comprehensive view. 10. Management and Stakeholders: Defining roles and responsibilities is important, but this section should also address leadership development and succession planning. 11. Growth Planning: This is a critical step that should include both short-term and long-term strategies, along with measurable goals and milestones. As a Critic I would say to Mr. Pond, The outline presents a logical flow of steps for strategic planning and business growth. It covers many important aspects, from foundational elements like mission statements to more advanced concepts like SWOT analysis. However, there are some areas that could be expanded or improved: 1. Customer Focus: There's no explicit mention of customer analysis or customer-centric strategies. Understanding your target market, customer needs, and behavior is crucial for business growth. 2. Financial Planning: While revenue streams are mentioned, there's no specific focus on financial planning, budgeting, or cash flow management - all critical for sustainable growth. 3. Digital Transformation: In today's business environment, leveraging technology and digital strategies is crucial. This aspect seems to be missing from the outline. 4. Human Resources: Beyond defining management, there should be emphasis on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. 5. Marketing and Sales: These critical functions for driving growth are not explicitly mentioned in the outline. 6. Innovation and R&D: Continuous innovation is key to long-term success and should be part of any growth strategy. 7. Risk Management: While SWOT analysis touches on this, a more comprehensive approach to identifying and mitigating risks would be beneficial. 8. Sustainability and Social Responsibility: These are increasingly important factors that can impact long-term business success. 9. Metrics and KPIs: The outline doesn't mention how to measure success or track progress towards goals. 10. Adaptability: In today's rapidly changing business environment, the ability to pivot and adapt strategies quickly is crucial. The emphasis on getting the plan on paper and execution is commendable. Many businesses fail not because of poor planning, but due to poor implementation. However, the outline could benefit from more detail on how to effectively execute the plan and manage change within the organization. I think, The time allocation in the video seems somewhat imbalanced. For instance, more time is devoted to suppliers (3 minutes) than to industry understanding, competition analysis, or growth planning (about 1-2 minutes each). A more balanced approach might be beneficial. In conclusion, while this outline provides a solid foundation for strategic planning and business growth, it would benefit from a more comprehensive approach that includes customer focus, financial planning, digital strategies, and implementation tactics. Remember, strategic planning is not a one-time event but an ongoing process that requires regular review and adjustment. Successful business growth comes from not just having a good plan, but from consistent execution, learning, and adaptation. Thank you again Jason for this master piece.

Hey Jason! 🌟 This series has been a game-changer for me in understanding the intricacies of running a business. Your insights on overhead and operations in this final part are spot on! Balancing expenses with efficient operations is crucial, and your analogy of a faulty foundation leading to the collapse of the entire structure really hit home. I appreciate the practical strategies you shared, especially the emphasis on human connection and purpose-driven roles. It's inspiring to see how these elements contribute to the overall success and scaling of a business. Thanks for sharing your wisdom! 🚀💼
