Great information! I bought one after watching the videos. The spiralizer is a huge disappointment though -the feeding section filled more than the spiralized collection as my carrots were medium sized- obviously it needs jumbo vegetables to make it productive.. Ninja designers/manufacturers- please make a conical spiralizing disk to make it more effective

I love pizza but I often find that it's too heavy and greasy, this looks like a much lighter alternative!

I love stuffed mushrooms but never tried them stuffed with sausage, only garlic and cheese and so on. These look great, I reckon I'd definitely need to make a double batch in this house!!
